Called My tech about problem with computer not booting up after Microsoft Update. The service person said I downloaded a Virus during the update and the computer was infected and a technician needed to get into the computer right away before it completely was destroyed. After $250 dollars and 2 hours no virus was found and nothing was wrong with the computer. They installed software you get for free on the Internet. Going to file a complaint with the FTC about this company.
