I signed up for a sample if I paid for shipping... Originally at beginning of August... Apparently, I had 2 weeks to cancel subscription/product starting from the date of order... It certainly is impossible to rate or use a product if you haven't received it till August 14 th... When I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged over 100.00US for a product I haven't even sampled... I called and asked for a return address or RMA, and was told by the rep, I was cancelled for future orders but I was responsible for the sample I received which costs over $100.00... The so called sample was a full order product, and that wasn't clear in the offer... It's in the fine print on another page... Shameful practice...
