The company offered a trial for two of their skin care products Alore and Lorelia in which I was required to pay only the shipping charges of $5.99 each.
I noticed four charges on my credit card - April 29/13 - 103.00 and 100.38 and May 29/13 - 103.28 and 97.79.
Upon contacting the company I was told that as I did not return the trial samples within the 14 day return period I was charged for both products. Also I had signed up for their automatic shipment plan and was charged accordingly.
I advised that I would like a return authorization for the products I had yet to received as I did not wish to purchase their products however was told I could not return the items.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one was not available and that the supervisor could not authorize anything that the customer service rep I was speaking with could not.
I then asked for the address of the head office so I could send a letter expressing concerns. I was told no that one would not be provided.
Apparently when I signed up to receive the free trial products there was information stating that all of the above would occure unless I returned the product and contacted the company to cancel the preauthorized shipment plan.
When asked how many other individuals had called to complain about this so called offer I was told the only calls received were to order more product.
Not likely.
Very disappointed!
