I ordered the free samples, just pay shipping from Lorelia and Alore on June 13 and received the product on June 18. I was charged the postage amount on June 13. I have now been charged for the product, totalling $191.06 USD ($206.67 CAN) on June 27. I called their 1-888-502-0312 to ask why I was charged and he said that I did not contact the company within the 14 day trial period to cancel the order, so i have to pay the full amount. I did not see the "fine print" that explains this in the original offer. I called my credit card and they say they cannot go after this company. The credit card company has tried to get refunds in the past from them but cannot do it since the fine print states you must call to cancel within 14 days of ordering!!! You should be very careful in the future that Alore does not continue to charge you. My credit card said that if there are any more charges they will be able to refund them since I have cancelled the product.
