Beyond disappointed with livingsocial! Had purchased a deal thru them, and did not use it before the expiration date of the deal, which i was fine with it to just go and use the cash value of the voucher.By the time i was ready to go out for a night out in the city and use the voucher the restaurant has been no longer around. I called to let livingsocial know so i could figure out what to do about the money that now they owe me, and i was told that i could use it as a credit towards a different purchase and 3 weeks later i still haven't heard from them, they said before issuing a credit they needed to make sure that the place was no longer there. All they have to do is call the number is no longer in existence. Very disappointing with their customer follow up and i would not recommend them nor would i do business with them again. I don't use the living social often enough and since there was $60 credit and i saw something else i could have used but now the deal is no longer available i feel i got ripped off and i am forced to use it for small things just to use the value whenever they decide to reimburse me. Ughhhhh
