I was on PS Financial web site when there appeared a survey which I completed, I'd get a free skin care product. All I had to pay was the $5.69 shipping charge. I received the Lorelia Anti-Aging cream two weeks later. Two month later, the Lorelia was charged additional $103.09.
After I called them I’ve got the email:
We have refunded $48.39 back to your Credit/Debit card used on order number 145444, which was purchased on 07/20 01:36am for the total amount of $96.78.
But they didn’t return anything.
How can I get my money back.
