I requested a sample of their product online and agreed to pay shipping. Since then they have charged my credit card twice to the tune of $102.39 each time. They refuse to provide a refund saying I had 14 days to return the "sample" otherwise I was automatically placed into their monthly shipping program. Nowhere on the site I applied for the sample on was this explained.
