Dishonorable business practice. I was at a Costco website and there appeared to be a costco survey that if I completed the survey a Free gift would be available for completion of the survey. At the end of the survey three gifts were shown and one was a product from Lorelia. I chose the Lorelia cream and there was a $5.97 shipping charge. A month later I was charged $98.00 by lorelia for the product. I wanted to contact Lorelia but could not find any of their contact information directly on their website. They wanted more information before they would send me their contact information. I contacted my credit card company and they immediately knew of the company and even gave me the lorelia phone number so that I could contact them. I phoned Lorelia and they were more interested in selling me more product than my request to lorelia to stop charging my credit card. This company appears legitimate but in my opinion its business practice is sly and dishonorable.
