I booked a hotel voucher for ones nights accommodation in the Cotswolds. My husband fell over this morning and has been taken to hospital with a suspected fractured wrist. I called travelzoo to let them know we could not go to the hotel due to the circumstances. I was told there is no refund and I wasn't even offered another voucher to maybe use at a later date when my husband is better.
I think this is very poor customer service as we have to cancel due to a genuine medical reason. I will certainly not purchase any more deals through this company!
