Horrible company, deceptive practices. We purchased a trip voucher in Jan 4 for a trip to Santa Ines, Ca in March. We cannot make it, we have a medical emergency with a family member. We called and wanted to cancell but they refused to refund our money, they repeat their policy like robots, "You only have 7 days for a refund", which is no where to be read on the voucher we received. They say it is on their website but it must be buried deep somewhere as we never saw it or was it told to us when we purchased voucher. The hotel had no problem with cancelation and was very professional. But all the trouble is from Travelzoo Inc. I advise NEVER to use this 'deceptive practice' company.
