I received a local deal from Travelzoo for a Massage at the local spa. It was valid for 5 months, however I was unable to get an appt. At the salon. Every time I called Amadeus Spa to make an appt. They were booked 2 months out during the week and till next year on weekends. Travelzoo wouldn't refund me even though I couldn't use the voucher.
