I ordered a trial sample for 4.95 (each) of Equinox & RVTL. Not realizing I had to call and cancel within 14 days or they would autmatically keep shipping and charging me. Their documentation is very deceptive, I searched for hidden charge and obviously missed it. I was charge $99.00 & $93.00 on July 15th and then 99.95 and 105.95 on July 31st, I was out of town and just became aware of the charges. I called to find out what the heck the charges were and had to cancel. My account. I found out I had to call two separate numbers to get both items canceled. I also sent back the product and they will only consider crediting my account for the second shipment. Regardless they said they will not refund the 7/15 charges that it was my fault I didn't read the fine print. Do not do business with these people.
