I saw the ad on the internet and ordered the trial by paying the $4.95 shipping charge.
There was no information of any kind that came
with the shipment. No dates for cancellations were included. I saw the $99.00 charge on my credit card with the telephone number for Equinox. I called and they said nothing could be returned and that I had 14 days from ordering it to cancel the
shipments. I did not even get the product until after the 14 day trial period. I even asked 2 to 3 times to speak to someone that could speak English that I could understand. Finally on the 3rd try there was one I could barely understand.
This company is not legitimate and something should be done to shut them down.
