I ordered a free trial for two products. Equinox & Forever Flawless with the understanding that I only paid for shipping! I did not receive a confirmation from Forever flawless that the product had been shipped, nothing from Equinox/sheridanenvisage. I printed my own confirmation from the web site when I ordered. The advertisement wording made it appear that I was receiving a small amount (sample) rather than a trial. As I ordered I watched for any indication that it would require cancellation or that further charges would incur. When I received the product there was no information indicating that it was a trial offer and that I must call to cancel further charges. I just saw that I had been charged on May 3 $89.00 by Sheridan Envisage & $99 by Xtralash. I will be calling Equinox and Forever Flawless to voice a complaint but after reading other complaints regarding this scam I am not hopeful of receiving any of my money back. Be aware of scams such as this. I will be contacting my banking institution to obtain guidance regarding further action. I will be posting in every media possible to warn others.
