Found on Dr. Oz web site. Ordered equinox and agreed to pay shipping. Advertised as free trial. Received product and used for 3 weeks... No change to wrinkles. Was surprised to receive 2nd order. Called their number I found on line and was told they were charging me for the product I received because I did not cancel within 14 days. This was the first time I had heard this and was told they were charging me a cancellationion fee of $105.95. Went to my bank and filed a complaint but they refuse to help since the web site stated cancellation must be within 14 days. I now have to file another complaint with my bank to get them to take a second look at my complaint. These charges have caused me to over draw on my account and am now having to pay extra charges.
