I had a birthday party for my daughter on July 31 at Sky zone in anaheim ca. I was quoted $245 for a 10 jump party package which included 2 pizzas and unlimited soda for the kids only. And any extra jumpers would be $20 per person which is what they had initially quoted me. The food I had ordered for the parents was extra of couse and very overpriced in my opinion but you really have no choice... 1 small tray of veggies for $25... A very small salad tray with ranch dressing (lettuce and tom only) was also $25, A 50piece chicken wings $39, A tray with pasta alfreo which was cold and dry for $39, They charged me $18 dollars extra for the parents to drink unlimited soda as well... Also my child who was the "birthday girl" was included as a kid jumper for the 10 and was not free to jump i had to pay for her to jump where most places will give at least the birthday child free access because its their birthday but oh yes they gave her a free black tee shirt instead with their name on it. SO It was 1 hour for the jump and 40 minutes in the party room wihich was an open area upstairs... I also left the girl a $40 dollar tip... My complaint is that they chaged me $295.00 for the party package not the $245 by which they did agree they overcharged me for but said that is how much they charge for the weekend price... My party was on a Wendesday so I dont see why they would charge me that but that was their excuse. They charged me for 2 extra jumpers at the price of $25 dollars each... When I reminded them that they quoted me $20 for the extra jumpers... They said no sorry $25... (but on the regular price list to jump for 90 minutes) they charge $20 so when I asked why $25 they said that price includes the room, pizza and soda (which I am already paying for).. So they are charging me for 2 extra jumpers to eat and drink soda that I am already paying for in my package. Then when I asked them Why they charged me for $8 dollars for extra toppings on the extra pizza I ordered that was for $16 half pep and $2 mush, They said because you orderd the veggie and its 2 dollars a topping... I did not order the veggie but they claim i did but I have my notes to prove I did not. Then they went on to say that they forgot to charge me for the salad $25 dollars and so thats my fault? I called and talked to the manager in charge at the time and she told me at first "we will see what we can work out " and " I said work out? No You need to correct your admitted mistakes... She said that I will only get $25 dollars back because they want the money for the salad I didnt get charged for... I am so upset and have left 4 messages for the general manager but everytime I call they either hang up on me or they shoot me to hisvoice mail claiming he is sick... I still have not received any credit to this day and this party cost me for 1 hour and 40 minutes a total of $546 dollars... Needless to say it was not worth it and I think that they are taking advantage of people with those over the top prices for the food that had no taste... Tammy the manager in charge was so rude and cunning it made me rude back... SHe had the nerve to ask me "well Mrs. Afsari what do you think is fair and what I should credit you back $50..? When I said yes she laughed and said sorry you owe us money for the salad... I hope that people read this and think twice before having a party there, As far as I am concered the place was dead as a door nail and way way way over priced for their party packages... This is the worse experiece of my life and I really am thinking of filing in smalll claims court. They offer 3 packages... The second one is $495 for 20 jumpers and includes 3 pizza and limitless soda for kids only... The last package is $695 for 30 jumpers includes 5 pizzas and soda for kids and adults, Some one really needs to investigate this place.
