I had called John Martinez on apirl 10th for my grandsons first bday. Jump n jack is ran by him and his father. John was very late I kept calling him he wouldnt answer the first time then I had the parents call from their cell and he was here within 20 minutes. His dad came as well John told me how sorry he was and gave me a free rental for anytime because of my stress that day. So my daughters bday is on nov 1st but we always do a halloween party for her me and her dad both asked John if we could use the free rental on halloween and he said yes so I asked him to put it on the card where he wrote I get A free rental the whole day so he also added for anytime! I called a week before my daughters bday he argued with me saying that it was because holidays were excluded because thats when they made the most money so I sent him a picture text with what he wrote and they set the party up. He was once agian late, there is a whole in my back yard that the kids play in its not deep but it was there in apirl and didnt cause any problems to the jumper my back yard is exactly the same and he refused {with all the kids cheerring and happy to get the jumper that they had been waiting for} to set it up because of the electric lines and when we told him it wasnt a problem in apirl he said the whole once agian we said th yard was the same as before he said okay got in his truck and drove away! I called he wouldnt answer so I then Called from a parents phone which he called back cause i didnt leave a message but he never called mine back.
