On Sept. 29.07 I order a Jungle King Jumper and the unit was defalting during my sons 5th birthday party 30 minutes after the jumper was set up. I was so upset because the jumper was defected so I called Jump For Fun right away and told them the situation. I spoke with a woman named Maria with whom contacted the driver about the situation. It was 2pm and according to Maria the driver went home already for the day. Dispite the fact that the driver went home for the day he returned to my son's 5th birthday party to resolve the problem with the jumper which so happen to be connection problems between the motor and the jumper. The situation was resolved in a timely manner and the kids were able to enjoy the jumper for the remaining of the period. Marie and the people at Jump For Fun demonstrated excellent customer service and I would recommend this company to other people for their childs birthday party
