We purchased a new Stancil built home October 6. October 10 we had a flood in our crawl space due to issues with the plumbing. Long story short, we have over $100,000 in estimated issues in our new home. Four months after purchasing the home, the builder had their lawyer send us a no contact letter.
They did not honor the warranty and we feel cheated as a result. We have a legal case pending. We have since spoken with other neighbors who have shared similar experiences with us and have had others from another neighborhood share their nightmare experience, too.
