I went to make a withdraw from my ice card at a ATM machine I inserted my and ask for $60 the machine said error 1706 decline so I tried again asking for the same amount the machine said error decline so then I call ice, ice told me to call the number on the ATM machine the ATM provider told me to call ice back and have ice call them. Ice told me to fax the receipt which I did ice can clearly set that
