I went into JC Grocery Store to withdraw some money from the ATM machine that they have in their store on Friday November 4. I swiped my card and punched in the numbers and the amount that I wanted to withdraw. $10.00 is all that I wanted and the machine took longer than usual. I told one of the store employees and he stood and watched the machine frozen for about ten minutes.

Finally, I get a receipt with the withdrawal charges and with my balance. The machine never gave me the money that I wanted and yet charged me for it. My balance had $11.50 less. I told the owner of the store and she told me that the machine does not make mistakes and that I just did not have sufficient funds. The receipt read ERROR and not insufficient funds.

I called the company and they told me that I had to fax them the receipt and that my money would be posted back into my account within five days. It took their machine to take my money just five seconds and I have to wait five days. What kind of crap is that?
