I went to this shop to have my sewing machine repaired, the "manager" told he would call me asap the estimate would be ready, I had to give him $30 deposit and I left. He forgot about the estimate and I had to call him, then he told me a date to pick up the machine and when I went the machine was not there, he make me wait 20 minutes and he never came back (that day) then finally when I got my machine back 3 days later, I paid $97.89 for the repair (regulation of the needle) I realized i was missing the cone of sewing thread and the rubber that keep the machine at the level. When called the "manager" said to check in my car (what I did and found nothing) and he denied the responsibility, He was extremely rude, he spoke over me all the time and said that I was a bad customer, that he was busy and he hanged up on me.
