My husband went to Circle 7 seven 7601 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento California 95823 and use the ATM machine to withdraw $200 from the machine and he got a decline recipet Terminal# c189503 sequence# 3270 with a error D1704. Known that we had the money he tried agan to get $200 and he recv'd another recipet terminal #C189503 Sequence 3271 error D1704. Now here's where the problem starts $404 was taken out of our account. So I called and spoke with a customer service rep. Angie she inform me that they didn't handle that and hung up on me. I then called back and request to speak with a manager or tech and then Ken came on the line. He inform me that I had to give them 2-3 days to do their investgation, So I called back on April 27 and speak with angie and she inform me that she had already help me. So I ask if i could speak with Ken. Ken inform me that he told me 4-5 and hung up on me too. I call back on April 30 and now they are saying they can't help me. And all they do is supply the machine and they can't help.
