Worldpay atm
Atm took my money off my card without dispensing any money to me, my account is negative

I went to use the atm machine this morning, because my paycheck was posted to my debit card account as i tried to use the atm machine to make a withdrawal, the atm machine printed a receipt that stated that it had decline my request and it also printed error 01706 on the receipt i know that i had money in my account because it was posted today, after i read the receipt that declined my request for a withdrawal i came home to check my account on my laptop and it stated that i had a negative balance of 102.00 from that same atm machine i just left from i dont know how that happened like that but i didnt receive anything and i have the receipts to show proof as to what had happen
