United Online - NetZero - Juno - Bluelight Unauthorized Charge

Well over a year ago I had used NetZero Internet Services on my second computer.
I called & canceled my account with them last year when I got DSL.
Well out of the blue, today they charged my bank account with a $9.95 service fee!
And in doing so they overdrew my account.
