Signed up via email for the 'free coffee pot', 2 lbs. Of coffee, for $15.00, NO OBLIGATION, coffee club over a week ago...
Can cancel when ever I wanted I was told. Received a confirmation right away that my 'order was confirmed' and it would take 'a couple of weeks' to receive my coffee and coffee pot... Meanwhile credit card was charged... After a week I called and wanted to cancel because I did not want to wait for the coffee pot any longer and it did not ship out or would have received an email confirmation...
I called, tried to cancel my order and customer service told me it shipped out November 10th, (over a week ago) and that it would take ' a couple of weeks to arrive...' Am I stupid? The coffee distribution center is in Delaware, about 1 hour from where I live... How would it take 'a few weeks' to arrive... So I conveniently for them could not cancel my order because 'it's on it's way..'
I asked why then did I not receive a confirmation email saying 'your order has been shipped' like everyone else does when an order has been shipped, to which I received a reply ' we don't always do that...'
Bottom line... They are using and 'floating' with peoples money, would not let me cancel the 'club' either because the coffee pot did not arrive yet... Beware...
So now I have to wait 'a few weeks' with no coffee pot and could have just picked one up without having to wait so long for this great 'deal.'
Pissed off and coffee-less in Titusville...
