Man, have they ever got a racket going on this one. Whatever you do, don't do it. Don't use this company's services. It's just another huge ripoff. I purchased their 'Special" of $29.95 plus $14.95 activation fee plus tax of $3.93, never used their services even one time because I realized (my mistake) my number was already local to the number calling me and when I asked for my money back, not even 10 minutes later, I was told they would only refund the $29.95 even though they never even activated my account (the $14.95 was for activation) and you know they didn't have to pay the sales tax. They gave me a ONE TIME EXCEPTION and refunded my $29.95 and told me if I tried to fight it through my bank that I would owe them TRIPLE THE AMOUNT!!! What a crock. These people are straight crooks. No wonder they do jail call services. All the CEO's are probably already in jail.
