I was trying to sign up for Securus when a window popped up for Jail Call Services. I thought I was signing up for Securus because that is the company our detention center uses. When I realized my mistake, I tried to cancel Jail Call Services within one hour. They emailed me back & said thay didn't give refunds. This was not disclosed upfront. I don't want anyone else to get scammed by these people. I would like my money back.
