I was trying to set up and account for a friend in jail facility getting a local phone number using Jail Call Services. They send me a link to set an account at offenderconnect.com. To set an account using this link, there is a list of jail facilities. The one i was looking was not in that list. I could not use the phone number Jail Call Services gave me. I tried to contact customer services with no response. I Tried to cancel the account with JCS using the link cancellatins@jailcallservices that appears in the website with not answers.By reviewing transaction info., (check yours) I found that Inmate Calls For Less is the one that charged me for the service and the one that do the billing, not Jail Call Services.inmateCallsForLess has it`s own website and the one to deal with. JailcallServices and InmateCallForLess.com Shares same office address (based to internet data): 3523 McKinney Ave # 750 Dallasa TX 75204. [email protected].
I do not know who is hijackying who. I will let credit card company to deal with this problem. Hope this helps everyone.
