I was happy to find what seemed to be a "mecca" of rent-to-own homes - but it is surely not what it seems! I had submitted at least 15 letters to homeowners and received nothing back. I saw that it obviously wasn't working so I called them back and wanted my $199 back - they said I had to wait until my 90 days were up then I could get it. I call after my 90 days are up - then I get the runaround of needing 5 rejection letters - I CANT GET ANYBODY TO RESPOND PERIOD! How am I supposed to get 5 rejection letters? Ridiculous.
