On Feb. 20th I was looking online for rental homes and came across advertising from this company to rent-to-own of pre-foreclosures and how the process was so simplified. I called and spoke with "Doug". I needed to know if this process can be completed within a month of finding my idea home as I was looking to move by the end of March. He said yes. I called back two days later with a couple of listings that appealed to me. "Mitch" told me I would have to find at least 10 listings in case I don't get responses from all. I would have to send out letters to these people and wait for responses. After further research, I found that some of these homes were already sold and/or already foreclosed. I called back and reported my findings to "Mitch" (I think they are the only two in this business). I demanded a refund. She spend several minutes trying to defend the integrity of the company to no avail. Finally, she told me I would have to wait till the end of 90 days to request a refund under their terms of service. The terms of service states i need to show five denial letters from homeowners. I am not wasting another cent not to mention the embarrassment of trying to talk to homeowners about this nonsense. This is a scam! I hope to get my money back in perhaps a class action suit. These people need to be put out of business and into prison with other scam artists.
