I sent a check for a 50% deposit one week ago. The scheduled delivery was supposed to take place a day later. I was told after it didn't occur that it would happen the next day... Then the next day. All of this by email. She stopped returning my countless voicemails and has also stopped returning my emails. After 1 week of cashing the check and failing to respond, here I am, seeking a solution to get my money back.
