When I first contacted Jane she claimed she could have the job done in 3 to 4 days. I wanted a refurbished mantle built. Sent the check on 9/1 and was told to expect delivery the following Tuesday on the 4th or 5th. Once the check was cashed she stopped responding to my messages. On Monday the 17th I took a ride to her shop in NJ and one of her workers called her on her cell and handed me the phone. She was shocked to hear my voice. She apologized and said that I would definitely have the mantle the 19th. The day came and went and I never heard from her. Besides the email I called her many many times. At this point I have filed a complaint with the nj BBB and am in the process of filing with the department of consumer protection. After my lawyer contacted her she dropped off a peice of garbage at my house. It was 1/2 of the job and she told me I would have the rest of it the following week. I had my girlfriend email her from Long Island and she responded the next day. Let me know if you need anything else from me.
