Edmonds Door repair gave me an estimate to replace a custom exterior door at my home. They required a $700 deposit by check. This check was given to them the week of February 25th. They cashed the check and were to install the door on Friday Feb. 29th. He first said the door did not arrive from the manufacturer. He then said that he did not show because he had pneumonia and was in the hospital. The next 3 times he just didn't show with no phone call or excuse. On Sunday April 6th he wrote an email stating that "too many things went wrong on this job" and he was going to send the deposit back. As of today, April 17th, I have still not received the check. He will not respond to e-mails or voicemails.
