Contract Breach, Refund Customers Down Payment Money of $7500

June 1 I Gave dealer down payment money of $7500. On purchase of vehicle, NEVER receive a copy of Purchase Agreement Contract, Installment Loan Contract, Odometer Disclosure Statement or Dealer Price Invoice. During registration interim of (12) days I was denied temporary dealer plates to take delivery of vehicle. June 15 I return to dealer to take delivery after registration
completed. The vehicle had visible damage to interior and exterior... This damage was NOT on vehicle upon first visit to purchase. June 18 I contacted my lender, they said submit in writing my notice to cancel w / full refund of down payment. June 20. & 24 I faxed the dealer as instructed by my lender and called to confirm their receipt of such. The Principal Manager Mr. Harold Reily hang up the phone on me... To date no respond from the dealership. I have NEVER taken possession of the vehicle, I don't have use of my $7500.
I Did not get copy of contract (A CLEAR BREACH) full refund demand as outlined in contract... Its been (30) days and counting with no resolution, PLEASE HELP!!!
