My company purchased 300 T-shirts on 11/13/07 for $1465.00. The company cashed my check, but never delivered. They informed me that I would get the shirts on 12/21/07, but that didn't happen. Then they informed me that they would be in by 1/7/08, no dice. They gave the excuse that they had shut down, then they refused to return my calls or faxes. We then contacted the Better Business Bureau, but all they did was relay the same information to them that we did and the company told them that they were diligently working on the order and then stopped returning their calls. Our case was closed with no resolution.
