I enrolled in the plan with jailcallservices on June 20 and was charged $65.01. On the morning of June 21 I received a call from Securus Tech telling me the number assigned to me by JailCall Services was being blocked by the jail for security reasons. I immediately got on the phone with their customer services dept, and was on hold for over 20 min before I hung up. I emailed the cust service dept, telling them the problem and requesting a refund. At the time of enrollment I was assured that if for any reason I was not happy I could get a refund. I got an email response asking me to provide information to them so they could send the jail an invoice of some type saying that I bought this phone number from them. After I spoke with Securus I changed my home phone number to a local number near the jail I was calling. After receiving the email from jail call, I emailed them back stating I had resolved the problem and was requesting my money back. After not hearing back from them for 7 days, I called them today and after a lot of angry words from me, they agreed to refund all but $20.19. I still don't feel this is good customer service!
