Sign for a memebership with jail call services; once speaking with the customer service representative, i cancel my membership the same night while talking with him. He stated i would have to go onto the internet an email cancellation@jail services.com. There email didn't work. I copy and paste there email address and went onto my regular email and send them a letter. I had not heard from them. I found a number on the internet under jail call services via complains—i call the number the individual had listed and and received a recording with the comment if we're not satifisied we could receive a refund—left a message and again haven't heard anything from them.
