My husband and I went into this location for information on adding Wi-Fito our tablet. We were told to add AT&T Universe to allow us to have the service that would solve our problem. We've had this service before and found it to be totally terrible.
After the installation the house phone nor cell phone worked. Then after notifying the agent, someone came out but several hours laTERhad no service. We are back to square on. Then sqare TWO!
Here we go calling again! Oh no, no internet service! Now the cell phone and home phone shows PRIVATE STATUS.
OK IT'STIME YO CALL AT&T UNIVERSE FOR SUPPORT. This S& pists me off. Hold on, let me tranfer you to this department so they can help. Well, I have been transfered 14 times and the problem has not been resolved.
I would think this company could do a better job in servicing it's customers. I guess they think you have nothing to do but stay on hold.
Then you connect us with a person who does not speak English very well. We are absolutely not satified with your service and we have only been with you less than a month. Can you just get the job done!!!
stop lying about how good your service is. Go into a closet an correct things that would statisfy your customers!!! Must report to better business bureau. You can adjust the current month charges. Mad mad
