I have had Att universe bundle for a few months... And in that interim, my home security system has been activated by the phone service either being workied on in the wee morning hrs. For at least four times in the last 10 days. Being a disabled widow I have had this same security system for at least six yrs. And never experienced this problem until I bundled with Att universe. Tried to call and get a respsonse and rec'd nothing but a 'menu' that inclued 'paying my bill' (none owed) which through the automation into a 'difer! Since it is now 2:330 AM. AGAIN I will assume all is safe andtry to get some SLEEP so I can awake early to CANCEL my service with Att Universe.
