On Hold To Long and Rude Customer Service - AT&T U-verse internet and TV

We just moved to the St. Louis Mo. Area so, I had to use a friend Credit Card because we closed out all of our accounts to move. I signed up for U-verse Oct, 1 2011 for wireless and Cable TV.By being a new customer, I Receive a 14 day free Tech Support. I called 13 days later and canceled the free Tech Support. Like I was told to do or they would automaticlly charge my friends card $9.99 a month thereafter. They did not cancel the Tech Support and charged 3 months to my friends card. I called U-verse to inform them of the mistake. I was on hold for 45 Min. They finally answered my call. I explained to them what was going on and they said I had the wrong department and put me on hold to connect me to the correct department. I went through that for 2 hours!!! I finally got someone that could help and she was RUDE about it!!! They did not refund my friends card because they said I called the wrong department to cancel Tech Support. They show in their computers I called but since I called the wrong department they couldn't do anything about it!!! So, I have called and called to cancel my Cable TV and I have FAILED over and Overto get someone to cancel My Cable Sevice. I want to keep the internet sevice for now. These People are the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I have been with At&t wireless since 2000 and I have never had a problem with their service. Since I loved my wireless service so mcuh I though At&t U-verse would be great to have as well. I was wrong!!!
