I placed an order on 5/22, the charge was deducted from my account but I never received the item. When I callod on 6/10 I actually talked to someone who was going to check with the warehouse and then send me an e-mail in 5 minutes to check on the status. Still waiting for my item and e-mail. Left voicemail messages, no response.
