If something breaks when he comes to fix it he always blames the tenant that calls, even if the problem was caused by another tenants This man is discrimanatory towards women and families with children. Overall he does not want to perform the necessary repairs that he is liable for and he will walk into your apartment without any notice. Do not rent from this man!
