I sold an unwanted gift card to abcgiftcards.com on 8/9. I emailed the company on 8/23 to check on the status. Michelle responded asking about tracking information that was never provided, and then told me they haven't received my card yet and to check back tomorrow (8/24). USPS standard mail transit time is 2-9 days, so checking in 10 business days later should have allowed enough time for ABC to receive and process my card.
I tried emailing Michelle back and calling the 800 number to get assistance. Nobody answers the phone, EVER!!! You wait on hold for 5 minutes until you get a voice mail. I never received a response on Friday, and attempted to contact them again on Monday 8/27. I left a voicemail and sent an email and still received no response. I tried one last time to get an update on my order on Tuesday 8/28 and have not gotten a response. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB, whom ABC boasts about thier A rating and outstanding customer service.
