On 11/28, I went to the Shopzilla website to order Seinfeld complete box set of CD's, series 1-9. Price $122.59 Ordered item and provided my credit card information. On 11/28, received a confirming e-mail for this order from Cheqoot.com, stating order had been received and would ship item after payment processed. I then sent an e-mail to them on 12/6 requesting status of item. No response. On 12/6, called Solvany Bank and was told there was a charge put through by VDCA Novelty Co. For $123.58. Ordered nothing from this company. Assuming they had billed me for item. Went to Cheqoot website on 12/8 and left a message with all details. No response. Contacted Shopzilla on 12/11, talked to Katherine - said nothing they could do. Then talked to Customer Service Rep who also said nothing they can do.
