It's been 17 Months and NO TITLE!
Called and left info (on answering machine) for a quote in January for my 1987 Ford F350. Title info packet came promptly and I sent out $345.00 Bank Money Order on February 19. After a few months I called (leaving a message) to check on the status of my title service.
I have called every other month or so leaving a message (I have never talked to a real person yet) for the past year and a half! It is now Mid June!!! No title! No transferable registration with plate! Nothing! Provide the service or refund my money! It angers me to hear them hawk their service (or lack of) on their answering machine when I go to leave a message to check on my title status!
