A representative from Title Max visited my home on 9-1 and left a letter and a verbal message with a house guest of mine. The message was tell Tommy that one day he may come outside and his car may be gone. I got a title loan from Title Max I am late by 1 day they've called me several times, i called them back and left two messages for them stating i would be in their office today. The manager claimed he never got my messages. I've been with this company for over a year and have always paid. This new manager feels that harrasement is the best practice.
This is the second time they have violated me by disclosing my information, the first tme they disclosed it with my next door neighbor.
I want to suit Title Max for harrassment.
