Sold me a van Ford Aerostar 1993 NO TITLE Had to put this vehicle in storage to get title

Bought a 1993 Ford Aerostar in Aug. 2008 called them many times to get a title and finally I had to put my vehcile in storage until I could get a title. I have spent many days, months emailing and phoning different people to find out how to get a title.
