We purchased a trailer from Beall Trailer of Arizona June ($20,000.) At the time of the sale we inquired about the title status being a used trailer. We asked to see the title of the trailer, in which was unavailable but were assured the title was not a salvage title.in December we discovered the title was a salvage title (title registration problems sent registration in Dec) We immediately went to the dealership to complaint and demand resolution to this issue.
We were promised a resolution only after we proved threw title search they did have title to the trailer and were aware of the salvage title at the time of the sale. But we were unsuccessful to any resolution to the sale. We are currently in suit with Beall trailer over this issue, but they feel no need to settle the suit.
