I purchased a PC cleaning product that the sales person guaranted would fix a file problem on my PC. Company: P C Cleaner, Inc. SafeCart receipt ID NWPC-U160613-12UBN. Additionally I was charged 9.97 for a Privacy Tool that was never discussed or ordered. I wish to have a full refund of $39.94. Paul
